This audiobook makes me physically recoil why does everyone sound like they speak so nasaly and the way teenagers r written is just so... Unrealistic but maybe thats cus this was set in 2017 so i wouldn't know

I don't like how alba is presented as young, stupid and weak like its just so jarring like she doesnt try to do anything other than grovel and be sad and cry like ok sorry i get people can deal with trauma in different ways but this way is just too cliche, especially for a woman. I think she wouldve been a more compelling character if she just stood out and tried to make something else of herself besides her trauma

Its ok so far idk mrs fordes arrival seemed a bit underwhelming. At the start there was a lot of exposition and changing from flashback and present so i was a bit disoriented but now the story is becoming more straight forward and coherent. The hare is growing life i guess idk im not suuuuper impressed im just reading a story being told idk i dont feel immersed.

Why did Guilliame have to go ;-; bro the moment with mathieu and delphine w the demon was just wow like so intense and no hes flipping dying im so sad. Christopher knew what he was doing having all of them have flashbacks i didnt think id feel sad for a book characters death now i feel sad tb some "that would be tomorrow" after giving me the worst possible future ever imagined like cheers 😢😢

Amazing,, i love the trios dynamic i was laughing like i was there with them in the wholesome moments 🥹 and the priests backstory is so sad and when thomas didnt like what he heard i was quite upset too 😢
