Can anyone help...how is Jane's Aunt Millie related to her first husband?

In the second paragraph it says "Although the monarchy was restored to the Stuarts in 1660 at the accession of James ll, they had to begin over again, with their royal powers vastly reduced by Parliament." This must be a typo...shouldn't it say restored at the accession of Charles ll?
