Sadly, the cops thinking sign language was gang signs reminds me of a real life story of a Karen who demanded a deaf person "stop making gang signs in front of my son!" And would listen to no explanation...

Alex is a rather interesting character so far. Intersted to see more of the relationship Sam develops with her/him.

Yet another snake enemy. I'd really be interested to see these three team up, making all the demigods team up to fight them.
