I totally missed the connection, great catch! Went right in one ear and out the other that Rachel lived in Brooklyn.

With all the winks at other series and hints at crossovers going on in this book, I'd actually expect something along those lines to happen. After all, this series has been all about major guest appearances from previous series.

It didn't click for me untill she asked if they could see the huge mansion. I'd love to see Sadie and Carter, and Bast of course.

I like Carter and Sadie better when they're not narrating their own stories. So, guesting in another series would be right up my alley :)

I get that feeling too. It only makes sense to have a big crossover series between the three. That's what shared universes are for. Riordan seems preoccupied with the new Percy Jackson books at the moment, though perhaps that's where this all will take place?

There's a 6th Percy Jackson the Olympians book coming out on Tuesday called The Chalice of the Gods.

I have it pre-ordered, but shipping is going to take nine days for whatever reason. Fine for me though, I'm not in any rush to read it.
