Quick 30 pages before church this morning. Doesn’t everyone read their smut before church? Lol.

A perfect sunny morning for reading! And this one is great! I never thought I’d love a book like this, but Fourth Wing got me hooked, and now here we are…. Let’s goooo!

So far I don’t like this one QUITE as much as the first book, but it’s still fun. I REALLY like Tairn. He’s my favorite dragon. 💕

Gotta get back into this so I can finish it with my MPA juniors! (Most of this is being taught by my student teacher, but I need to be on top of it too!)

This is really good …. Plus I think my kiddos will like it.

I started this a few weeks ago, but life has been busy and I haven’t been tracking….. or reading as often as I’d like. But a long weekend for Presidents’ Day seems like a good day to dive back in and finish it!

This is not my first time reading this, but it is my first time reading it, so time for some brushing up!

Still enjoying this a lot, though the last two chapters were admittedly boring. I don’t need the entire story of the duck hunt and the plans to build on Major Pettigrew’s land. Blah.

I am really enjoying this. It’s sweet and charming and a little infuriating all at the same time.

Finished this! It was cute but it’s not the same as hearing Nate speak all these jokes.

This is so charming! It has wonderful vocabulary, a lovely setting in England, and a blossoming romance between two widows. It also addresses some pretty clear racism issues in a way that is polite and not so “in your face” as some other books try to do. I appreciate that these issues aren’t ignored, but that they also don’t interrupt the main story.

Just starting this, but already giggling.

I would 200% stay up super late to finish this, but it IS a school night. Blah. Tomorrow!

Finished! This was a really good one. It's #11 in the series, and I think there are like 28 of them or something. I will likely read all of them by the time I'm 100.... but I really enjoy this series!

About halfway through….. I read this YEARS ago, but reading it again now because my Advanced Lit class is reading it. They are really struggling with the language, but we’re getting there!

Holy crap! This was CRAZY. Like it took some GREAT twists and turns and by the end, I was TOTALLY invested in Harry and Margit and their story. What a roller coaster!!!! Highly recommend.

This definitely won’t be the last Douglas Kennedy book I read! Good stuff!

Finished. I devoured this book and will legit read anything and everything Ruta Sepetys ever writes.

I will literally read anything this woman writes. Fantastic. I would also consider teaching this. Or part of it. This is communism in the 80s. The 1980s. Not lifetimes ago.

You can never go wrong with TJR. She’s such good brainless reading. 😂

Danggggg, Emma is a B****. And I’m not a huge fan of Ainsley either, but I have a feeling Aunt Harper is going to be super cool for turning it all around. God bless her because Tabitha is a B**** too.
