Every year, without a single question, I re-read The Lord of the Rings to end and start the year with Tolkien.

This is the 20th anniversary of this little tradition of mine, so I thought, why not pull out my old Argo edition with its beautiful illustrations?

I am having so much fun with this book, what I did not expect was the recipes being based or directly quoted from the featured artists themselves.

Nearing the end I am truly enjoying this book that is a way beyond art book, it's a unique glimpse at the mind of David Hockney, with David Hockney

Annual Christmas re-read ♥

This is already amazingly painful. I've decided to give this a try after seeing the film, but oh my god.

So far it is as brilliant as it is captivating.

So far, my first encounter with Murakami is such a pleasure. It's dynamic, it's clever and so hard to put down.

Brilliant, hilarious and amazingly clever. Haig seems to understand humans more than any of us understand each other.

Enchanting and with no doubt beautiful show of both you find in war terror and beauty within people.

Brilliant, educating and fascinating!

Even though Bradbury is writing this really dynamic matter I am finding hard to concentrate on the story. I like the point of the absurdity and inhumanity in humanity which perhaps is possible if we forget everything but as a whole it is not what I have been expecting at all.

Well, so far I am loving it from strictly fan point of view. Story, not so much.
