And bored out of my mind. This is officially going to be my first DNF of 2026. What a snooze fest and we were promised romance, romance where?! They don’t even kiss at all in the book. Even in the 1990’s there was kissing in the Babysitters Club books from time to time! This reads like a book for 10 year olds and not teens!

From start to finish of this chapter 🌶️ So hot.

Claiming that they are together at the ceremony with the jacket is petty sexy not going to lie.

A second walk in the vineyard turns spicy. Love his nickname for her coming out. Love how possessive he gets

A few pages before this one really sets the kitchen scene off but I love the quote on this page. “I want you to forgive me. I want to taste it in your mouth.” 🌶️ 🔥 🥰

Absolutely heartbroken for Conor.

I loved this story until right at this moment with the 2nd miscommunication troupe within the same book. I thought for sure this was going to be a 5 star book too. 😞 I’m very disappointed.

Enjoying this more than the first one but sick of hearing “best friend’s sister” over and over again.

After listening to 2 back to back 22+ hour Romantasy books, this is a nice short, fun story.

I was going to give this book 4 stars because I’m skipping over pages but damn if this page didn’t hit me in the feels so it’s getting 5 stars because it’s making me cry happy tears.

This book is so good I’m immediately invested in the story and it’s a HUGE turn on.

This scene was palpable ! I felt it. Her anger, his concern, and the underlying desire throughout the pain of it all.

I love this interaction. Sometimes I have a hard time distinguishing Sin from Calix though. Why does she feel this way though?

Enjoying this as an audiobook so far. I always wish these books were dual pov but it’s still a good story. Not sure if it’s spicy yet, but definitely tension and waiting for them to break. lol
