Call me crazy but child abusers do not make good protagonists no matter how "regretful" they are about it.

Grimly, we soldier on, wildly behind pace to finish this by October.

Important update : Mark Antony also possesses a giant schlong.

Don't worry guys, in case you were wondering I have a status update : Caesar's baby boy ALSO has a large scrotum and large penis. Whew!

And in a completely random aside, Mccullough's size queen fetish rears its head again. Did you know Cato the Younger ALSO had a gigantic package?

Gratifyingly, Cleopatra is ugly!

And we're just clipping right along, down goes Alesia and Verkingetorix. Near-direct quote : "Oh Mark Antony you just don't get it, Caesar is the most perfect Roman ever to exist." Could do with a little less of that worship, tbh.

I am having a really hard time wrapping my mind around the C in Vercingetorix being a hard C and not a soft one.

More Quintus Cicero please.

We're just skipping the first 5 years in Gaul? I mean I know there's a lot to get to, but damn.

Please be symbiosis but better, please be symbiosis but better...

Falcon...PUNNNNCHHHH!

If you kill Kasane, we riot.

Three for three on brutal rapes and gleefully-described revenge killings....one more story to go.

It's not Shogun (but nothing is) ... but I'm having fun with this one.

Be nice to have a chapter without brutal rape, but I guess having the rapists brutally revenge-murdered in both cases is some small degree of comfort.
