I’ve heard there is a love triangle. I haven’t been confronted with it yet though. I’m actually excited to read this one and it’s been a little while since I’ve felt that giddiness over a good story. Part is set in the current and it’s vague on which man she is headed home to. She found out a former BF got married so she’s dreaming about the past. I’m honestly torn on which guy is which so I’ll keep reading.

That point in reading a book when you can't remember if you've read it or just a sample chapter.

I've been like a pinball bouncing between books but never getting past the opening chapters. I'm hoping this book can straighten me back out.

This one may have too much sorrow for me to handle.

Oh the angst! It's an I-want-him-but-he's-bethrothed-to-a-girl-he-doesn't-love.

I'm really liking how this book is going. The writing is witty. I especially liked this paragraph: "Pie was the new thing, replacing macaroons, which had replaced cupcakes as the most stylish way to end up with a closet full of clothes that didn’t fit."

I'm currently not sure why I'm reading this. I know it was free on Kindle Unlimited and I'm a sucker for a dad story. But this guy is an absolute moron. Probably not going to finish this one.

Trying to get into this. I'm picking up where I stalled out last time.

Not sure I'll finish. Its like a telenovella: lust, movie stars and murder. Too over the top.

Trying my damnedest not to cry at work.

Basically I've been on the verge of tears for the whole thing. I don't know if its hormones or if I'm a marshmallow.
