Halfway thru this and I can't put it down. Geez! It is fantastic!

I read this book when it was first published in the late 70's. I lived in L.A. I was in my 20's, working at a huge law firm and could, literally, look out the window and see Rodeo Drive. Many of the firm's clients were movie studios, studio executives and move stars. This was THE book and everyone was talking about it. Let's see if I still like it. ;)

Oh my! This is a regular soap opera! These villains are particularly vile! I can't wait to see what happens next. ;)

Oh geez! I'm a nervous wreck reading this book. It's really, really good!

I'm so frustrated with the heroine that I'd like to slap her upside the head! I love the hero, Dougray, however.

Having read the first book in this series and I am now re-reading to begin the entire series! YAY!
