Almost half in and I’m still not hooked.

The chemistry between these two is off the charts. I have to say the book started a bit slow, I needed about 70 pages to get into it, but when I did I couldn’t put it down!

I liked the 1st book more in terms of it being more playful and less heavy. In the 2nd one all the secret get revealed and many of them are heartbreaking and heart wrenching. My heart absolutely broke while reading some of the scenes. It made me cry a few times, which books rarely do for me, which is of course is a good thing because it means it really pulls you in and you can’t help but suffer with the characters

Hands down one of the best novels I ever read. I loved this story. It’s actually pretty different to any other romance book I’ve ever read. Both mc’s are full of rage and anger. Super passionate.

I love this book this far

I love this book so far. It’s funny, witty and the characters are lovable. Gotta love Wren and Linc as a couple. I’m so glad I can finally read about a man who doesn’t have commitment issues.

I love this book. Made me laugh so often. I’m just saying hydrotherapy for all of you who already read it, you know what I mean 😂

Am I the only one who thinks that this book is problematic?

I don’t know what to think about this book.
Omg this girl needs to get a grip. And start respecting herself.

I loooove this book. Even though it started out slow, but when you get past the first quarter, it really pulls you in.

She is constantly overreacting. She’s like omg my god you put my paintings on the internet, people actually like them, this is so horrible.

I liked to story from the beginning.
The h is annoying towards the end. She says she wants to decide things for her own. Derek decided against her all these years ago, but really she could have told him about her feeling and than everything could’ve worked out differently. She is at fault as much as him.

This book makes you smile sooo hard. I was sitting in the train smiling like a fool trying to hide it. I love half way in

60% in and nothings happening.
I feel like the story has potential but it’s not written that well. I mean yes I’m rooting for them to be together but there’s zero tension between the two main characters. Many situations are described way too detailed. E.g. she spends a day in the spa and she describes what the interior design looks like and she goes on and on about what treatments she get. Like I don’t care

Why do we never get to know why her dad hates her. I would’ve liked to see a direct confrontation, to understand what’s going on there.

I think my favorite scene, was when he kicked the chick off the plane. It was hilarious and very unexpected 😂 I had to laugh out loud.
So even as an asshole, I liked him pretty much as a character.
I was pretty annoyed that every person she met was either looking down on her or wanted to molest her. And I hated that she just kept on letting them do that to her instead of standing up for herself.

I’m kinda on the fence with this one. The first40-50% of the book I didn’t like. It was pretty boring and annoying. There were scenes that dragged on forever and I didn’t see the point.
Their conversations were also super irritating, like they would just throw each other question and never answer any.
That being said, I started to like it more towards the end.

Okay 20 percent in and I’m bored af.
The first few pages I was excited but then the throwback to 3 months prior began and it’s dragging on and on and on for no reason at all.
So far they had 2 conversations in which they talked so much but literally said nothing. There is no content.

I was very unsure about this book in the beginning, but now I’m so happy I kept reading.
I bawled my eyes out.

I have to say I’m really upset that I’m 60% into the book and they still haven’t even kissed. Like I understand the slow buildup to a climax but this is snails pace

And don’t even get me started with her family. So annoying, especially her mom. How can she do and say the things she does? To her daughter?!
She told her what terrible things some guy said about her and goes on to set her up with an old guy because she thinks she can’t do better?!
If the authors intention wasn’t to make me hate the mom, she failed big time.

Halfway through the book and it still doesn’t have me under a spell. So I’m a bit this disappointed at this point.
I’m so annoyed with that Fortune guy, I just know that there is something wrong with him. He’s giving me bad vibes, so I don’t understand why the author went there.

30% in this book and the main characters have interacted 2 times.

I looooved the cameo of tate and miles even if the circumstances where sad

I love how gentle and understanding he is with her.
I do not understand on the other side why she has to go to a event she really really doesn’t want to considering who will be attending (trying to be spoiler free, but for those who read the book, you got it)

I did not see this end coming at all ! I AM FREAKING OUT. THIS CANNOT BE HAPPENING😱 I can’t believe the author went there.
and why oh why oh why does he always choose the wrong thing to do😩

He definitely redeems himself at the end of this book.

I can’t freakin believe that this book turned out sooooooo good.
