The interactions so pure and sweet, I've read this with a big smile on my face, laughing at their interaction. Something like friendship.

Nice to see the ladies are connecting..is it out of guilt? Another layer of guilt? After seeing their king they come to this conclusion..sounds hard but makes sense though.

I've learned more about Damon, in a personal way. Alira does something she really needed to do, in more ways then one❤️ amazing to see her in this way.

Alira, searches for connection, and will stay kind and caring, and pure as she is. I respect this woman. I feel her. As if she is me.

In this chapter you see the things that still 'hunt' Alira, but also her boldness shines through. The deep layer, when she shows her knowledge and dares to speak her mind to Damon.
Damon gives her a piece of herself back, which she so clearly needed🫶

Up until now, it's cute.
It's a little different from the 'major crush to boyfriend-trope'.

This is another way of incorporating spicy scènes into a story.
Totally adding something to their romance.
This is the spice/smut I don't mind reading.

So you're constantly contradicting yourself.

You're emotionally drained.
You're dead ass tired.
You've missed him for 3 days and there's this make up sex without forgiving?

I'm not even sure whether it's unrealistic but it feels that way.

I'm reading the ebook, which has 299 pages.

But..what I'm thinking is..maybe Abigail is the daughter? Could she be?

I really like this book until now. I have to get used to the way it's written though. Sometimes the sentences are really long and sometimes they only exist of 1 word. The one-word sentences being perfectly understandable in the context.

The atmosphere is mysterious and I like that.
