it’s fascinating that so many reviews claim that, despite however you must feel about the author, you must concede she is an excellent writer. i find her shockingly subpar. my own progress updates are so personally barbed because they reflect exactly how she writes - though if the mimicry were to be accurate, i would need to constantly insult her hygiene, romantic success, and popularity unprompted.

good god. this author is incredibly insufferable in her own moralizing myopia and excessive self-aggrandizing narcissism, and i’m still somehow stuck in the introduction. this is especially egregious after reading several titles on the same topic that were actually intellectually rigorous and grappled with the underlying ethical dilemma of cyberlibertarianism rather than going “haha, freaks, i’m so cool!”.
