I spent the first few pages thinking "Gods, it's a romance novel. I can't stand the genre."

After the first couple of pages, I was hooked. I've NEVER encountered a romance novel that knows how cheesy it is, and is going for the most delicious tuna melt it can be.

I'm aware it's a piss-take on paranormal romance, but damn, it's good!

I'm still reading this book. For whatever reason, it's taken me nearly four years to get this far. I believe it could be life, as I'm still enjoying what I do get to read.

The story is gripping, the characters believable... But it could use some severe editing.

You get another character's action or dialogue often right after the last character's, and the description of actions or sounds could probably be cut in-half. If only it read more smoothly, it'd gain another star or two. The formatting and repetition of words stick out like Foxy in the doorway.
