Barely started and realized it wasn’t for me…add to the never finished stack

Couldn’t get into it. About 3/4 finished and just never picked it back up.

Cant finish it. Am halfway through and am struggling to pick it up. Too bad cause I really enjoyed her other book on frank lloyd wright, but this one fell

Getting a little thick and not as entertaining as the beginning. Got stuck, but will keep going.

Ugh....having such a hard time getting into this book. So far characters are obnoxious and self absorbed. Only on page 50! Does it get better, people?

Still reading it!! I am only halfway through this book. It is starting to pick up and become more interesting now. I just haven't had much time to sit and read, but I need to keep going in order to meet my reading challenge this year!

Oh good god.....still reading this monster. I am curious enough to keep going back to it but often find myself falling asleep after about three pages. Needless to say, it is a slow slog.

It was meh. The best part was the last quarter of it so I am glad that I kept at it and finished it. Definitely not her best work,but a worthwhile read. Interesting man.

I decided to re-read this. It's been probably since high school or shortly thereafter that I read it, so basically brand new to my brain. I like it much better at this point in my life so far.
