I just started this. Why haven't I read this before? Maybe reading "The Road" put me off reading C McCathy for a while. It was great, but it left a dark spot on my heart. Must only read McCarthy in small batches. They are not a binge project, for me.

Watched on Apple+ ... if the adaptation has the same "twist" end as the book I can't go on (I am positive it does). I will only be mad that the the genius Jason didn't figure that this is exactly what would happen... I figured it out immediately. In fact I am totally happy with the twist and the ending.
