Din is such a flirt.

I love, LOVE the actual world of this series, but I'm not the biggest fan of the story itself. I want more weird natural stuff, its all too much on the sidelines and we're subjected to thr boring nature of man that persists through all manner of worlds and stories.

Just kinda casually reading this when I need something "lighter." It's nice *seeing* these characters and events since I can't really visualize what I'm reading.

Finished the first story, Harpman has a knack for how bleak life can be.

This is so weird, in the best way possible. Also, queer.

I love Tchaikovsky's creativity, but like Alien Clay, he insists on telling me the same information over and over again. I get it, I really do at a third of the way through, that the animals are meant to be invisible labor to the humans.

I'm not entirely sure this one is for me.

Oop, rereading the synopsis because of the cheese so far and I see that I've duped myself. For some reason I had told myself this was horror, like Horrorstor.

Yeah, I just don't care to see how the battle of the octogenarian and child turns out. It's a shame, I enjoyed the MC and liked the idea of her manipulating the relationships of strangers in order to "set them free," and I could read about just that (there could be enough tension in that alone), but the addition of the intelligent-beyond-his-years kid ruins it.
