It’s freaking metal slinger all over again… and I was really loving it too! 😭

GAH freaking Diem and her freaking secrets. Why do these people inSIST on hiding things from each other?? It started out SO strong! And now I’m so SICK of Diem. AGAIN. I hate her you guys. Seriously hate her so much. UGH

This book is NEVER ENDING

Why is Diem SO stupid?!?!? Why not try to heal him?!? My GOsH

This book is poorly edited… example:

“Alice skipped into his mind and he couldn’t help wondering what she would she think of him if they spent more time together.”

Ironic when earlier on it made fun of a book for being “poorly edited”

Also, romance hasn’t even really started yet and there’s not much time left!

This book is juvenile and repetitive. But just engaging enough to keep going… sigh. I wish it wasn’t…

Unfinished, unpolished

At 24 pages I have a few thoughts. First, the title is bad and the description is worse. I wasn’t thrilled by the concept of this book but was willing to give it a try. So far what I’ve noticed is that this book feels like a middle draft, not a final draft. It’s not nicely polished. The author tells us everything rather than showing us and there is no emotion. No connection to the characters.
