The fact that this could all be resolved the second Ethel decides to just stop being stubborn and prideful and tell Brey the truth angers me to no end.

Thi world is so confusing and how is the author going to jump to the past with a chapter without specifying she’s jumping in the past 😭 that really threw me off I debated dnf’ing.

This book is getting wild. Tobias is legit the creepiest psychopath I’ve ever read about and I’ve read Little Stranger 🫣

Genuinely mourning the world of my last book and feel I need some days to recover but sure let’s give this a go

Why people aren’t screaming at the top of their lungs about how unbelievably addicting this book is and not demanding everyone read it asap baffles me.

All I want to do is read this book
