The Weasley family really get dumbed down in the films - I love them sm in this

This has taken me ages to get into. The switching subtlety between past and present threw me cause I wasn’t getting much time to read and I was very confused by it. But now I’m getting it.
And honestly this whole concept is creep af - really like how this author can do that without much gore or flare

Some of this authors main characters are dumb but this one … really takes the cake. And she’s a doctor? How did she ever fall for this guy? He’s been the sleaziest, rude person since they met and she marries him after 8 months? Come on

Sirius is an asshole in this tbh. The way he takes out his anger at being confined on everyone including Harry.
Also the movies did Ron dirty, acting like he only got on quidditch team cause of Harry and ignoring him being a prefect with Hermione

I’m scared of both Verity and Lowen right now. sleepwalking always to me but that scene of her on the porch.. Jesus

I’m really enjoying this. But I have a feeling surely Verity’s diaries are really Jeremy - and he’s left them there either purposely or accidentally. But he’s trying to incriminate Verity, and he’s the big bad guy? Hope not though that’s very predictable

This has disappointed me. I feel like the fantasy element of this story is lost behind the romance. Which isn’t the best in my opinion. Elara feels well rounded but Enzo is a bit flat. And the side characters Leo and Merrissa are very interesting but are completely under- developed. Apparently Merissa and Elara are best friends but rarely interact beside talking about Enzo

Honestly leaving out so much of this book is ridiculous. Especially Ludo Bagman, Winky and loads about Barty Crouch Jr.
I particularly love the scenes when Hermione and Ron are helping Harry prepare for the tournament. Especially when Ron is test dummy for Harry’s jinxes. This just shows their friendship

I’m kinda confused but I like this. There’s no tension between Enzo and Elara atm. It’s almost too easy. How is Artiete and Elara ever going to happen? Side note I love Leo I want more of him

Listening on audiobook - this book is chunky

First TM Logan book I read or crime fiction book in general I believe so I’ve decided to re-read

I’m liking this so far and I honestly have no idea of how Amber has ended up in this situation. So far she’s not very likable though. And her husband is a liar , he has to be

I just started today and am tearing through this. But I am very confused

Even though it sucks for Lira and Greyson, I’m glad it turns out Brooker is evil. It adds a new dimension to book 2

Listening on Spotify

Reading this with book club and I’ve been slow reading but I fucking love it

Listening on Spotify - love the narration

I struggled big time with the first 30 pages adjusting to the world building but now I’m into it and I think I’ll enjoy this

The girls fighting have broke my heart … although I do find Laura particularly frustrating. It’s shit to be the friend who’s bestie ditches her a lad and then acts like you’re crazy when you get offended by it

I love this book, I love this book. I feel such dirty dancing vibes. The humor is perfect and I actually love the way the POVs are shifting between past present and the night of the incident

This is the only TM Logan book (I think) that I haven’t read yet. So I feel like I’m obliged to read it

I was waiting all book to see what unfolded to turn Medusa into what she is but god that was anticlimactic

Oh god the writing in this is just a bit juvenile and really is Athena seriously explaining sex to a 17 year old Medusa

Very different from what I normally read but I have to say this is interesting

Yeah Ruth being dodgey checks out. The way she came into it in the first place was sus as fuck

So far I am loving this. I really anticipated a different route but this is really reminding me of the Clique (on Netflix). And for once I really care for main character . Although Lucas is the star of the show ofc

It’s disgusting that Darren offered money for Aoife to get an abortion behind Joeys back but in all honesty, her keeping the baby is a bit of a wild decision. When Joey is so vulnerable and she is still so young, it’s a very tough thing to have chosen to go through with

Sigh Aoife was going through all this alone in book 1 and 2 and we didn’t even know

I started this on the plane yesterday and I’ve torn through it. It’s definitely better than I anticipated. So far I like the changes they made for the show. Even though adding in Jules feels very unnecessary considering the lack of Logan in general in this but everything else I’m liking

God this has really gripped me I’m happy reading for first time in a WHILE
