This book needs editing and what is with all the commas? There is no need for 5 commas in one sentence. Having a hard time getting into the story. It has get bones, just needs to be refined. I don't get why all the females in the story fly off the handle at a hairs breadth. It's annoying.

I've so missed Charlie's wit. No one can make me laugh as much and as hard as Charlie can. Darynda Jones is a brilliant writer.

Well written, liking the pace of the book.

I like the premise of the book and most of the writing but I can't get past the cringe worthy crudeness that just seems throwing in there. I think it lacks a little finesse on Cades part and could've been written a little bit better.

The crude comments could've been finessed a little better. I like the story and where it's going, I just can't get past the "I want to stick my cock in her wet, juicy pussy" which is said allot. Really, you couldn't come up with something better than that? It throws me for a loop because most of it is written really well but then we digress to the crude mannerisms.

At times the crassness makes me cringe. I like the writing in this story so far but it doesn't need to be so crass. It's kind of insulting to my intelligence.

Having a hard time connecting and getting into the book. Penryn and Raffe just aren't doing it for me, feels forced.

Loved the way it started out, great premise but enough already with detailed emotional feels... I get it. If you cut out half of the describing of their feels and emotions you would have a great story, short, but great.
