okay i stand by lia mara being harper 2.0 lol i also find it a little frustrating how lia doesn't understand why they dont trust her mother/kingdom. however i enjoy grey's pov and im hoping this ends okay but i doubt it because its only book 2

now we're reading from 2 diff POVs Grey, who was the body guard, and Lia Mara, new character. Lia is lowkey giving Harper 2.0 but i do like reading from Grey's POV. I don't like that we don't know what Rhen and Harper are up to now that their POVs are gone. i'm also looking at Rhen sideways now because he seems a little TOO comfortable imprisoning people... book 1 harper but now it's both Grey and Lia...

I was not expecting the pov change to the 3rd character and to a whole new one 🥴

Elvina finally came to her senses and realized that she had been going about things so wrong! it literally took milori risking everything to bring clarion back to summer but it makes sense since most of her prejudice about winter as a whole was based on "the warden". i'm glad that clarion took that and milori's sacrifice for strength to finally face the nightmare queen

i was right it's happening!!!! i'm so touched that milori cares for clarion so much and won't leave her side until he knows she's okay but the consequences!!!!! aaaahhhh! i highlighted so many lines milori is the standard yall

OMGGG all of a sudden i's giving sailor moon lol but i love it! these fairies are throwing down but the ending ommmg! petra did clarion a bit dirty but she came back to fight alongside her and so did artemis! i have a feeling THE thing is gonna happen in the next 2 chapters for sure

omg these two chapters are just opposites. the first is what we've been waiting for with the ball and the dancing. the second was the exactly what we didnt want! but inevitable and now into battle we go!
