idk why it bothers me so much but there's a huge difference between shotgun blasts & using a machine gun as the sound effect.. it killed the scene for me, which rarely happens with GA but for some reason this insanely bothered me. sigh..

I'm a little over halfway through the 1st half of this dramatized audiobook & I'm not entirely sure if this genre is for me.. so far I feel like I'm forcing myself to finish at this point after how long I was ona wait list through my library app (I placed a hold over 5mon ago). that or I'm just tired of the overused plot of "transforming" someone for basically a special school/training camp. idk.

I admit I don't really understand what's going on most of the time but the GA audiobook makes it enough to finish it out lol

I gotta feeling ima end this series feeling the same as I did from the first book..

so far I agree it's good for background noise but I gave up tryna understand wtf is going on majority of the time.

I.. can't wait to just finish this, I swear it makes my blood pressure skyrocket at the stupidity & pointlessness of this all..

I genuinely don't know if I can go on.. the more I try the worse it gets & I find myself wishing the story would just end than actually enjoying the story but my stubbornness forces me to try finishing books til I sincerely can't anymore. guess we'll see which way goes with this one. sighhhhh.

I'm actually dreading reaching the end of this book cause I not only love it, but I'm going to miss the desperately needed escape this book has comforted me in already.
