So far I'm enjoying the book. I like the plot twist of the main character. Beatrice changes her faction from Abnegation to Dauntless. She is on the progress of being initiated into that faction and so far she's not doing so good. A few good number of people gets cut and they live factionless.

The main character (Beatrice Prior) is introduced and she talks about the different factions and her place, Abnegation. She is about to take the aptitude test along with her brother. This test will determine on what faction she will be placed. So far, she has not discussed all the factions but her family is an Abnegation.

In the beginning of the book, the main character, Courtney, wakes up in a hospital after being paralyzed in an accident. She doesn't remember what exactly happened. Eva, an elder, attempts to comfort Courtney by telling her a journey that she longs to be part in.

Merlin fled out of town because everyone thought that he shot someone, but really he fled because Merlin was afraid of poured no poison on Leannora's well. He was ordered by the KKK to do so. Johnny Reaves turned out to survive after he jumped off the bridge and plummeted into the river.

Leanora Sutter's father got shot, and the authorities plan to blame the cause of his towards the KKK. The group also burned down Catholic Churches and murdered Jews and other non white ethencities. Pastor Johnny Reaves attempted to commit suicide because he was frightened by the KKK. He got branded on his back, which he says that he wanted to be back in the clan, but instead got punished.

The KKK is starting to cause trouble. One man got beat up and hung by the group. The clan has gotten hold of factories, houses, schools, and stores at Vermont. When Harvey Pettibone was with the clan, he went to the hotel to smash liquor because the KKK disallows alcohol.

The book starts out by introducing the main characters, and there are eleven of them. Leonora is a twelve year old girl who's African American. She later finds out about the KKK. Clergyman, Johnny Reaves joins the KKK because he dislikes other ethnic groups or other religions besides his own, which are white Christians.

Jason, Percy, Annabeth, Frank, Hazel, Leo and Piper set foot to fight a group of giants to stop the awakening of Gaea. Zeus and the other gods assist the seven demi-gods. Rayna, Nico and Coach Hedge travel to Camp Half-Blood to stop the conflict between the Greeks and Romans.

The story finally revealed the past of Reyna, Nico's companion on his journey, after the trio travels to Portugal. There, Reyna finds her long lost sister. Percy and Jason fights off a storm that is causing damage to their ship. Later, they find a goddess who's related to Percy.

Perspective in this book changes quite a bit. Nico, the son of Hades is traveling with two other characters, Coach Hedge and Reyna. They are trying to escort a special statue. Meanwhile, Jason, Percy, Annabeth, Frank, Leo and Hazel are trying to find a safe route to stop the awakening of Gaea, the earth mother.

The book starts out with action. "The Lost Hero" is a must read in order to understand this book because some characters are from that book. Jason, one of the main characters, is on a mission to stop a group of ghouls. He's helped by two other main characters.

Action is starting to rise as the two boys, Austin and Robby, encounter the first mutant mantis that hatches out of a dead body. The two boys and Shann enter the silo, later to find the secrets about Shann's uncle's secrets.

Austin and Shann watches a movie, while Robby folds his laundry. After the two couple finishes the film, they head out their ways. The morning after, Shann calls Austin about a constant type-writer typing inside his room. The two boys investigate the mystery and they find an actual type writer that had printed an unknown mysterious document.

Austin and Robby secretly heads to a consignment store.They were trying to find out what her father was hiding in his personal storage. His store, "From Attic To Seller", was filled with different types of experiments that had gone wrong. Then, a couple of boys that had beaten up Robby and Austin came in and took a couple of the experiments. Grant Wallace dropped a blue glowing containing a virus strand.

Grasshopper Jungle starts the reader with the two main characters, Austin Szerba and Robby Brees. Austin is the narrator of the story and he explains how things in work in the town of Ealing, Iowa. He tells us about how the schools in Ealing aren't friendly to each other. In chapter 2, Austin and Robby visit Shan Collins after the two boys get beaten up by another couple of school boys from a different school.

The three heroes must go to the island where Fenris Wolf is locked up because the rope is weakening over time. They must replace the rope. To travel to the island, Magnus, Blitzen, Sam, and Hearthstone, must find the location to the area. In order to get the location, they need to see Thor.

Magnus is joined by an elf, a dwarf and a Valkyrie on his quest to stop Ragnarok, a war greater than all wars. The three characters must find the Sword of Summer, who's original owner is Magnus' dad, Frey, the God of the seasons. The characters venture out to the docks to barter with Ran, goddess of the sea, to get the sword before Surt gets his hands on it.

The book starts out by introducing Magnus Chase to the reader. Magnus is a homeless teen, who's mother died. Later towards the book, he fights a fire lord who's then defeated by Magnus, but Magus also dies. He's resurrected by a Valkyrie and is transported to Valhalla, a hotel for heroes. He is trying to find out answers as to why his presence is there.

In the middle of the night, Pat is woken up by Kate, who is living with the Community. Kate tells Pat about the Pod, an evil group of underground cannibals who can see in complete darkness. Kate asks Pat if he would help free Coop from the Deep. So, the two characters venture out to do a rescue mission.

Posty introduces Pat to the group of underground dwellers, who are also know as "The Community". They hide themselves from the real world. The leader, a woman named May, tells Pat that his brother hasn't been seen and has gone to the Deep, a darker underground area where light doesn't shine.

Pat is introduced to the man who accessed Coop's mail. His name is Posty, who works at the bank. Posty then tells Pat that there is a community of people of live underground of New York. He says they work in specialized jobs.

Pat secretly travels to New York, since he received a letter from Coop. Pat encounters a man opening Coop's p.o box. He stalks the man who accessed Coop's mail.

The books starts out introducing the main characters, "Pat" O'Toole who's brother, Coop, vanished without a trace. Pat is worried and is hoping to find him, but before the incident, they were digging tunnels behind their house for fun. Then on one day, Coop struck the wall of dirt, but turned out to be a gas line, and the whole tunnel collapsed.
