i have this relentless urge to read this long cultivation danmei again for quite some time now, and here i am!

it's been more than a month since i last read a danmei!!

reading about the tattoos of the frog, the slug and the snake that was inspired by Japanese folk lore, i was suddenly reminded of the legendary sannin from naruto which was inspired by the same folk lore!

what better book to read in the middle of the nightlong power outage than this big brick?

i'm having several theories but i'm pushing them in the back of my mind. THIS is one of them, and it shouldn't be too shocking, but it's still a surprise for me now that it was sort of confirmed!

know one of my pet peeves in a story? when you're trying to escape and you're already out of time but you still engage in a long conversation with someone (probably about something important but still!!) and didn't even find at least a hidden place to talk or something!! they're having a heart-to-heart in a place where everyone could find them!! geeez!!
