It’s been a LONG time since I’ve yelled at fictional characters in a book, but Lort! This woman is driving me nuts, I can’t count how many times I’ve said “don’t freaking do it, Naomi!”

45% done. Here is my theory. Mina didn’t meet Michael in Seagrove. She met Greyson, who, for whatever reason, was pretending to be Michael. They stayed in alternate roles for the 30 days. When he left to run an errand, something happened and one of the twins didn’t want to switch back. Real Michael is the one who came after jail.

While I’m still disappointed with how slow this novel is going, very repetitive and drug out; I am starting to enjoy Stalking Nightmares. There’s been a few things that have enhanced and thrown off what I thought was going to happen, keeping me guessing. In updating my rating from a 2 star to 3.5 having made it through half the book.

So far, a solid 2 ⭐️ read. For as long as we had to wait between book 3 and 4, I was expecting a spectacular read. Something that draws me in and I can’t put it down until I’ve finished it, I’m far from that. CM stated she’s an “artsy fartsy writer”, I get the fartsy part, but am failing to find the artsy in book 4.

OMGosh. 27% in and I am fully captivated. It’s been a while since I’ve had a book that I truly couldn’t put down. This is it! I’m so anxious to see how this plays out.

3rd time reading this wonderful book, hoping to make it through the series. This is my first read on the kindle (Libby download) and have noticed several mistakes not in my paper copy (duplicate/repeated word, missing punctuation or capital letter) but nothing so significant it takes away from the quality or integrity of the story.

I’m not usually one to quit on a book, but this was terrible. Clearly reading about children and their poor behaviors does not interest me. Boys of Adamson Alll-Boys Academy, not impressed and CM is typically one of my favorite authors.

Captivating. Really pulling me in.
I’ve debated for a year whether to read it or not. So far, I plan to continue

But one day never came.

it has taken me a full week to get this far. it's a DNF for me

When I got to 58%, I was having the “jeez, this is going kind of slow and it’s pretty repetitive. What is Joules’ deal? Why is Tam creeping me out so much”. Then I got to 60% and it all flipped. I’m now to the point of not wanting to put it down. It’s a LONG book and it’s kind of annoying how everything is so drawn out, I’m curious to see how it ends.
