I have a little over 100 pages left of this book. I’m really enjoying it. The writing is good. It’s a recount of the Edmund Fitzgerald, and its crew and what led to the faithful day of its sinking.
The usual suspects money and the unpredictability of life, up against the episodic fury of nature. The book is very detailed and somewhat tedious however It has short chapters, which is a bonus for me!

This is a true story and I remember the song by Gordon Lightfoot, The wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. So far I’m very interested in the story maybe because I like the song! It’s also interesting to note I’m reading this as a blizzard is approaching Massachusetts!🤞

This book is perfect for the time we find ourselves in. A master at his craft, for the betterment of all of us. “War is treachery and hatred, the muddling of incompetent generals, the torture and killing and sickness and tiredness, until at last it is over and nothing has changed, except for a new weariness and new hatred.”

It’s OK easy to get into. I just don’t like mysteries. It says it’s a thriller. I don’t find it very thrilling either. We’ll see! It’s my book club read!

This book is fantastic! I know how it’s going to end, but I wish it wasn’t so.

Very interesting book about a woman finding and using her voice. It’s an interesting concept how this book moves forward from the female main character becoming the wife of Jesus. Very well written and interesting.

So far I like this book. It seems to be well written with good character development and imagery. I like the storyline and it’s interesting.

This is the author who wrote eat pray love. I’m sorry this book was not good. I had to stop it. I felt like I was at work. Bye-bye Felicia.

I’m into this book! We’ll see how it unfolds. I like the storyline I like the writing it’s easy to follow. That’s interesting.

A deeply disturbing book however, it’s very interesting and intriguing. I wouldn’t recommend it to most people I know. It has very graphic depictions of child sexual abuse. It happens more frequently than we would like to admit.
I have no idea about the plot but the character development is excellent. The writing is really good. I am not opposed to stop reading it if it gets too much. We’ll see😳

So far so good. I’m intrigued by the book. It’s easy reading with good character development. Time will tell.

I’m almost done with this book and it’s making me nervous! I don’t know how it’s going to end but it doesn’t feel good. I’m experiencing a sense of dread in what may happen to the main character. I like happy endings! I don’t think this is going to be very happy.🤞

The book is interesting, easy to read and I like the writing. We’ll see!
