Claire Kingsley is also the queen of writing small town romance stories with a touch of cute animals and suspense to complement the story line. I enjoy reading her books for the fast paced action and small town antics.

This is another intriguing time slip story. Olivia and Kit are happy and in love until Kit goes missing while on a hike. Seven years pass and Olivia is getting ready to marry Kit’s brother James. Olivia steps through the door in the hotel where she is getting married and is transported back to seven years ago six days before Kit goes missing. Can she change the future? Does she want to?

Wow lots of action and angst. I have to keep reading to find out how it ends. It’s very good with a touch of the Hunger Games mixed with magic and shifters.

This is a slow burn story but it’s also very slow reading. I’m struggling to stay awake at night when I read.

This a comfortable trope small town, best friend’s little sister, grew up together and forbidden love. I have read Laura’s other series and they are an enjoyable read with a guaranteed HEA.

This is a very long book - lots of background and character building so far with a few action and romantic scenes. The MFC is feisty and a good heroine while the MMC is the ‘bad biker’ trope with a heart. Just when I think I’ll give up something happens and I want to keep reading.

It’s getting close to the end and the tension is building.

This is the small town trope but with some suspense. It’s the last book in the Haven brothers’ series. Interesting read.

This is a light and fluffy and an easy read. I think it’s a bit unbelievable but the author has extensively researched the F1 racing world so there are technical elements included.

This is very entertaining with banter and crazy instances happening and a frustrated MC.

This is a best friend’s older brother trope where all the characters are billionaires. It’s an easy read with entertaining events that keep you guessing how the story will end.

Back to a favourite trope - small town romance. The MFC’s name is February and the banter is entertaining.

This is very different to what I normally read! It’s fast paced and keeps you enthralled. It’s good for a change of trope.

This jumps straight into where the first book finished. Lots of action and suspense with a hint of romance.

This is a different story line in that the MMC is a smoke jumper. A firefighter who jumps out of planes to fight bushfires. The MFC is a city nurse who has moved to Montana. Interesting banter as they are a room mates.

This is a great read with all the feels, angst and mushy romance. The age gap of 9 years is a bit unbelievable as the MMC is a lawyer and the MFC just turned 18. There is a question of ethics but that doesn’t get mentioned. Other than that it is an entertaining read.

An Australian author and story set in Melbourne. A different genre of HEA.

It’s very emotional and character driven. Enjoyable read even though I know there won’t be a HEA ending.

Just started this book. It’s a ‘what could have been trope’ and so far it’s building up the story and characters. Interesting at the moment.

Something finally happened- the usual trope he doesn’t like her and then he does. Nice story not much angst or drama.

Not much is happening other than banter and ‘I don’t like him’ vibes. The suspense element is interesting but the MC is a bit much.

I have just started reading this. I have read nearly all of her sister’s books- Lucy Score which are great! So far so good :)

Easy reading but a bit snoozy at times. The suspense part is about to start.
