Hands down the most helpful, practical and accessible book on EQ.
I have the pleasure of having taken an EQ assessment certification based on this book and between both an assessment, this book and coaching sessions I’ve made some great growth.

Very enjoyable and thought provoking read. I have a great amount of skepticism for someone to write from the perspective of a gender they have never been. However it didn’t take me long to forget that the main characters voice was written by a man.
I appreciate the variety of learnings from the main character’s perspective.
