I'm reading to the kids and they are obsessed! My 8 year old daughter even invented her own version of Elvish, memorised it, and often writes or translates things into it.

Wonderfully depressing. Truth hurts sometimes but it is necessary. It is horrible that these things happen in this day and age, but we must live life with our eyes open. I'm grateful for this young lady's honesty and openness

So far it is quite enlightening. The character of the text of the critical text is looking pretty shaky. It should be an interesting read

I finished the first book which was Animal Farm. I really enjoyed the practical look at what nature's natural tendencies are. Socialism and Communism works really well for a while, but corruption and selfishness always win out. Very thought provoking

He encouraged me to read Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals". I need a "Need to Read" group for those books I need to read but don't really want to read. haha

I've very much enjoyed this book thus far. The author might be a little bit of a conspiracy nut. Nevertheless his arguments are well thought out and accurate. I'm impressed, intrigued, and ready for more.

I cannot stress enough how relevant this book is to today's world. Booker T. Washington fought hard to teach people not to depend on government to sustain you, but to allow your work to speak for itself whether you are black, white, or Indian. Racism is spread by the uneducated and sustained by those who can't stop using it as an excuse for failure. Great book!

I could not imagine a book being more relevant to people today. Contrary to what you might think, Booker T. Washington held no resentment towards white people even though he was a slave himself. A strong emphasis on hard work and personal achievement from a Christian perspective is evident in this book. Highly recommend. This should be required reading for highschool

Quite enjoying this one. Thought it'd be a harder read than it is. It's really quite easy. The CBS show Elementary got me hooked.

I'm consumed in this book. Which is weird for me because I typically don't really like biography. This one just hits more home since I'm a huge fan of Dungy because of his work at Indianapolis. The book itself stands on it's own even for the non-football fan. Full of great content for believers and life lessons everyone needs to read. Pointed at the football lover though so if your not look elsewhere

So far it's an interesting autobiography of sorts of the life of Head Coach Tony Dungy. When it was written he was coach of the Superbowl champion Indianapolis Colts team. Very good so far; He's a great Christian man with a lot to say about personal responsibility.
