This is already turning out to be the single most important book to my weekends. I've learned more quality information about the love and craft of smoking meat in 100 pages than I have in months of going through online forums on the subject. Mr. Franklin is a rare and valuable resource. His writing is clear and concise, and the book is far more than just recipes. I'd recommend it to anyone before even finishing it.
