I've learned more quality information about the love and craft of smoking meat in 100 pages than I have in months of going through online forums on the subject. Mr. Franklin is a rare and valuable resource. His writing is clear and concise, and the book is far more than just recipes. I'd recommend it to anyone before even finishing it.
