Having a hard time getting into this. It’s not nearly as good as the Mom Coms series. I don’t like the main characters at all, they aren’t very believable. I’ll finish it because I’m not a quitter.

Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children meets Good Omens. That’s what this book is like.

Okay it’s finally picking up a little.

I’m struggling a bit, but I will push through. I’m a little bored right now and just waiting for more things to happen with the other groups. Hopefully this picks up soon!

Some of Ali Hazelwood’s writing just seems like word vomit that doesn’t really need to be there to get the idea of the storyline. But I’ll keep reading and finish it, but it’s a little boring so far.
