The repetition of details is already annoying me. I’m so sick of the Netflix model being used for books.

I pondered abandoning this book about 20%, so I glanced at the last chapter to find a reason to keep reading. It was bizarre enough to stay; however, it’s just plodding along. If I took a shot every time “sepsis,” “post-sepsis,” and “accident” were repeated, I’d be dead from alcohol poisoning.
