I forgot about the repetition of the raven: His mate is dead. He knows that.

I don’t care about anthropomorphized ravens.

I’m so tired of this trend in media of assuming people aren’t paying attention, so they keep things short and repeat a lot.

I pondered abandoning this book about 20%, so I glanced at the last chapter to find a reason to keep reading. It was bizarre enough to stay; however, it’s just plodding along. If I took a shot every time “sepsis,” “post-sepsis,” and “accident” were repeated, I’d be dead from alcohol poisoning.

This book is unnecessarily long.

Good lord. What the hell did I just read?! “Wooden Spirit” was bizarre, and “atomic” may give me nightmares. This is why I don’t watch horror. The visuals!

I have no idea what’s going on, but I can’t stop reading!

Made it to about the end of chapter 5 before I noticed the Morse code at the end of the DOC things. So I went back, wrote them down, and I’m now decoding them as I go.

I feel like I’ve been reading forever. How am I only 36% done?!

I started this book in 2021, but I was not ready for its message. I think I’m ready now. ☺️🤞

What is with all the repetition of details?! I tried to ignore it, but it’s annoying. Yeah, I didn’t forget the detail you shared about 2 pages ago. Good lord.

Finally bought a hard copy and am open enough to read this.

Just wondering how many more people have to die because David, and Jessica to a point, are such selfish asses.

This book is dragging.
