Doing a reread with the audio books ✌️

I've previously read a good chunk of Heartstopper online, but I've fallen behind and been wanting to reread/catch up, so I got all the volumes that are out and am gonna do that! And I've been wanting to watch the show, but wanted to do my reread first, so here we are!!

Doing a reread for a book club with friends ✌️

I'm enjoying this a lot so far! I feel like I'm understanding so many more parts of pop culture lol My only gripe is that at the end of the Carrie chapter, the author only mentioned the 1988 musical and how it bombed on Broadway, but not the 2012 Off-Broadway revival that I know has a really solid contingent of fans...but that's just me being picky and being a musical theater nerd lol

Doing a re-read before I read the prequel Bitter!

I'm so excited and ready for this, y'all have no idea

My ebook got returned and taken off the app I was reading through, so now I'm on hold for another copy for a couple weeks, so this will be here for a minute, but I am still reading it!

Moving this one back to my TBR! I didn't read enough for it to really grip me when I started it, I've had other books to prioritize, and I think this just is not what my brain is feeling right now! But I will definitely pick it back up at some point, cause I do want to read it!

Another spooky graphic novel on hoopla! Though I've heard of this one before and have wanted to read it for a while!

The Crowned Ones- I LOVED this, this is absolutely my vibe!!
Gap- I liked this one, though it didn't feel as impactful as some of the others
New Blood- trans vampires!! At least I think vampires, but definitely trans!!
Until One Day-this one was so sweet 🥺🥺

Sunken Scream-I called the twist, but honestly I still really liked this one
Slow Orbit-I also liked this one a lot!! LISTEN, ghost-human romance is always gonna get me!
A Certain Tea House-Very good, very sad, but very good

@LissaTruLuv-I really liked this one, I thought the inclusion of the streaming chat was really interesting, to get other people's perspective
The Lichtenberg Lady-Eerie but also sweet? I liked the ending
Ghosting-I really, really liked this one. Soft, sweet, music-centered, just so good

Bloody Mary and the Smart Mirror futuristic twist on the classic children's game (folk lore? Whatever you would call Bloody Mary).
Home was extremely bittersweet.
Under the Bed was sooooo good. To be fair, I am a HUGE fan of Cameron Lucente, the writer and artist behind this one, and I actually remember him promoting this one on socials before, but I didn't realize it was in this anthology!!! SO GOOD!

3 stories in and I liked Ghost Planet, Glasshouse was very poignant, and In the Shadow of the Moon is absolutely my favorite thus far

Another hoopla find. I have been in a spooky mood, so I checked out a few spooky-looking graphic novels. This one is an anthology, so I'm excited to see if I find any new favorite comic creators!!

DNFing! It isn't bad, I'm just not motivated to pick it up. Gonna put it on the tbr for now and maybe try again some other time!

Okay, I AM gonna finish this, but it'd been so long since I read any of it and I was only about 16 pages in before that I just started it over, which is why I reshelved it lol

Signed up for Dracula Daily, so this will be here until November, but it's the whole book, so why not count it? I'm using this edition, 'cause I own it & could use it to catch up if I need to & will probably go through and look at the pictures some as I get through the book :)
