I am trying to get back to this and get to know more about ancient India.
But so far each time I picked this book I either fall a sleep or the street is too loud and I can't read.

I feel that there really isn't a story here anymore for me.
I liked this because it taught me about the Nuclear bomb and what it did.
But now, it's just USA ruling Japan and being assholes which isn't really on the same level or magnitude as a nuclear bomb and definitely not as tragic.

I am not thrilled to read this.
Maybe I ll check my other open books before I circle back to it.

This is bad, this novel is huge and I am not reading a lot as I used to from it.
Reading is such an effortful activity for me these days.

Honestly the ending of this novel is so interesting that even though I don't want to read it again anytime soon, I might return to it one day.

I wonder which year will barefoot gen end.
Right now it's five years after tgr nuclear bomb, and there are still severe problems in the country caused by the Americans ruling them.
Seeing Japan today though we have this solace that things will be better.

The day just slipped away from me and I don't even have a timeline of what I did and when.

Very good story, even though I was annoyed about the whole ruthless part when the MC was beaten to a pulp, I reverted back to appreciating how good this is.

I think this is definitely the next novel I finish, but honestly I need a space opera recommendation where the writer is really good at describing space ships and docks and structures and space itself.

Meeting my friend soon to lend her four books and reading this to at least return one of her books to her 😂

Qay too convoluted, like do we even need to make a plot this complicated? It's good though, I like it.
I am not reading enough, I am not writing enough.
I am gaming probably too much at 4 to 5 hours daily.
I just wish I read a little faster but I am too slow.

This writer's plotting is off the charts, and he isn't even that well known.
His world building is for flavor only, makes you wonder, and makes your imagination work, but it doesn't spoonfeed you or info dump, he is perfect.

The original three are at it again.
Zac, Thea and Billy will always feel to me like the three top fighters of Earth, I honestly don't remember if there were others since this is book 6 lol
Anyway, time to try and write a few Ks before the day spirals into a gaming frenzy.

Defiance of the fall at this point and when I left it was super interesting, the issue is I want to read a certain genre these days to study it.
Anyway 76% now, if I read more consistently I could finish this before the end of the month finally.

I thought I didn't update since page 25 but turns out I didn't update since page 100.
Rumor is scifi LitRPG does not sell, but I mean look at what Tao Wong did, he is writing sci-fi he is pretty successful, read and learn.

This novel and the new litrpg novel both read much faster than the opened novels I didn't finish lol

Yesterday I finished a comic issue from my read soon list.
Today I begin this novel from my to read list.
It's an interesting start, I think others did this better, but he did it first.
Also that eternal dilemma of giving your MC someone to talk to.
He choose a gnome, some others choose a fairy and so on.
Me personally I tend to choose animal companions and just make my characters talk to them lol

Still interestingly, but honestly I didn't dig enough behind this novel, is it even finished at 2 books only? I have to find that out.
I don't mind all the different species details because so far we didn't need to remember any of them, but it would be a real issue if we had to memorize all that.

Pretty fun novel, I feel if I was a normal person I would finish this in one sitting since it's very exciting.
But I can't do that 😂
My first proper space sci-fi novel in English , I was honestly scared because I tried to read a horror novel and a fantasy novel before but I couldn't.
Basically most of my English novel reads are LitRPG, but this is not LitRPG and it's pretty exciting.

570 pages and didn't even finish 75% of the novel yet. Why do I read these extremely long novel 😤
I spend too much time gaming lately, but I expect that to go down once I finish one or two of these new games 😂
I need to read this novel more though, or at the very least more consistently.

(Not a book update) There is a Hollywood conpiracy to make bad guys likeable by making Joaquin Phoenix play them.
The Joker and Napoleon, I just can't hate anyone he plays, it's like he is always suffering from a trauma that we know nothing about, barely able to deal with the world.

It's fascinating to me how he makes boss fights last this long, I can't do that 😂
His boss fights are usually at least 2 chapters if not more!

250 pages left, the last time I said this was for Harry Potter or something and I didn't read it since lol.
I have been reading with a clear mind today though because I didn't write anything since finishing my book 2.
But I am planning to write 3 epilogue chapters and then write a new series.
I think the mystic realm is interesting, I think it breathed a new life into this book.

I am trying to get back to reading novels, but I'll probably not stick with the same novel, might even start a new one.

Okay next chapter is the ice age.
Now he will tell us how that damned squirrel caused the ice age 😤

Today was my first day off in two months at least, I woke up played a game, slept for 2 hours, woke up again played a game until now.
I didn't edit anything, I didn't write anything (except a note for my book 3 lol)
I nearly didn't think about my work at all.
I didn't make it special by eating something good or something sweet or anything but it didn't have to be.

I am here, I promise I'll finish this some day
They are finally about to enter the mystic realm
I ma not excited honestly but it's an opportunity for something better to happen.

I like when these novels have team ups with people you should depend on to survive, only for them to turn out to be inherently evil.
I think this is a very good reusable plot that everyone can use in adventure novels.

Can't sleep, and this is getting very interesting.
I think I'll start with it tomorrow to learn what happens next.
