We are not our anger, fear, resentment, or past decisions. We are eternal energy forged from love, and what we become here in this human life is the culmination of our actions, thoughts, and behaviors. Authenticity isn’t about waiting for that fear to disappear. Authenticity means stepping forward into our lights despite the fear. But as I gained experience—through practice, through readings, through moments of undeniable proof—I learned something even more valuable than technique: I learned to trust myself.

Connecting with Spirit isn’t about control—it’s about surrender. It’s about getting quiet, opening up, and trusting in something beyond what the logical mind can grasp.

And with that knowing came a certainty so deep, so absolute, that it anchored itself in my soul: I never want to lose this feeling. That feeling of connection. Of purpose.
