Reminded why I don't care for organized religion 😒.

Have arthritis in my wrist joint and thumb on my right hand. Doctor gave me a cortisone shot end of October. It's very mild arthritis at the moment.
Explains the loose ligaments in my hand.

Authenticity isn’t about waiting for that fear to disappear. Authenticity means stepping forward into our lights despite the fear. It means choosing to be who we are, knowing that not everyone will understand, knowing that some people might walk away, but trusting that the right people—the ones who truly see us—will stay. The journey to authenticity is about understanding who we are on a deeper level. It’s about peeling back the layers of fear, shame, and conditioning that tell us we can’t be ourselves.

When we suppress who we truly are, a tension arises within us—something that festers, builds, and grows into resentment. And resentment, over time, becomes anger. And if that anger has nowhere to go? It sinks into sadness. It takes root. It turns into depression, into anxiety, into a heaviness we carry without realizing how much of it was never ours to hold in the first place.

At first, I second-guessed everything. Was that my imagination or a real message? Was I making this up? Was I doing it right? But as I gained experience—through practice, through readings, through moments of undeniable proof—I learned something even more valuable than technique: I learned to trust myself.

Connecting with Spirit isn’t about control—it’s about surrender. It’s about getting quiet, opening up, and trusting in something beyond what the logical mind can grasp.

And with that knowing came a certainty so deep, so absolute, that it anchored itself in my soul: I never want to lose this feeling. That feeling of connection. Of purpose. Of being part of something so much greater than myself. It was unlike anything I had ever known before.
