I have been deeply immersed in this great piece of classic literature for the last few weeks and enjoying it immensely. Dostoyevsky has been one of my favorite writers for years and yet this is one book I have always put to the side because of its great length. I am delighted it’s time has come now. This work is powerful, brilliant and insightful , despite it being far from a “light read” in prose and content.

Classic adventure story....a little gem so far .... great writing style...intriguing and thought provoking
