I have learned a lot about pain and why I should pay attention to (in constructive ways) rather than ignore it, how to get my body to do things that it seems to not want to do (like deep squat as far as I'm capable), and how to think about movement from this book as well as the audible lectures from this dude. I'm looking up vocab constantly which slows me down, but is fine for now.
