Okay i did not realize this was a Christian author but am happy to report it is never really preachy in any way. I enjoy self help books that are less "do this, do that" and more "i'm trying to work on being more grateful, here's some shit i tried that worked.". It feels relateable, not preachy, and just not as cringey.

Slowish start. The writing is kind of mid compared to her other books???? Like it’s okay. It’s not unbearable. But it does feel clunky. Tearing through it regardless tho lol

Audible started the preview of this book (against my will) and it directly called me out, so I downloaded it. "Do you tell people you're unsure if you want to have kids because you're afraid of the social consequences if you said the truth? Or do you secretly wish you didn't have to make this decision yourself and could leave it up to "Fate"?"
