Couldn’t finish ... which I say very heavily as I don’t bot finish books. I just couldn’t connect at all with this book.

I have very seldom ever not finished a book ... but I just couldn’t get into this one. I have tried multiple times to come back to it, but it doesn’t suck me in or draw my interest at all. I don’t know that I would rate it poorly just not my style I guess.

DNF ... just not my style of writing.

Struggling to finish ..... I’m really trying but I do not particularly care to read a narration more so than interactions between characters. It’s not necessarily a bad review just a review of style .. this by far style of writing is not one I’m fond of.

It’s a cute story ... I agree with one review that the nicknames & the redundancy of the story were a bit much for my taste.. when Wes would say “your my woman”. It was extremely cavemanish ... other than that I enjoyed the story.

I have tried to get through this series & it's been one of the most frustrating I have read. It's a constant repeat & dragging out the same thoughts chapter after chapter. I have only not finished one book ever & I think I just found my 2nd one. This story had such promise ... but the drowning on became to unbearable.
