Ok, now I remember why I probably either Dnf or just didn’t review this - I’m not into romance where the heroine is pregnant through the entire book.

According to my library history, I already borrowed this a couple years ago, but I don’t remember it and I didn’t review/rate it. Hopefully this just means my memory sucks and not that I thought the book sucks. So far it sounds vaguely familiar but I still can’t remember if I finished it.
