Ok there are some seriously questionable things going on in the order

Atmosphere haunted and dark. Headspace anxious // crazy. It's hard to digest. Some of her thoughts you're like okay she's young unsupported anxiety prone trauma and her past I'll give her a pass but then she keeps going with those thoughts and you're like there is something not okay with her.

I'm happy I got in another audiobook my other book is dark intense and this is a good book to break that up with. "Aren't you the heir to throne of white dude magic?" Lol

This lady is so unhinged. Also the author and her horror atmosphere.

So far we had a anxious under supported young mother of an autistic child who may not know that he's autistic and a new environment with a new husband and a new baby on the way

Is the rapist from book one to blame because that would be convenient

Ok this girl is overloaded praised and blamed for literally everything in equal measures. The elves are the whiniest bunch of 5 year olds I've ever met.... I'm sure Sophie will be the savior yet again by the end.

Ok we had some emotional outbursts and connections to reveal some past traumas that will get us to the finish line. We have a plan and it's all very much success, trickery and/or death.

This is my piece of candy book. I took a break from reading some more intensive reading I guess I don't know read this book if you liked books like Blood oath or psycho shifters with a strong FMC who doesn't take crap from anyone and multiple animal shifters world type.

I just got my book back from Libby 😭 I accidentally returned it weeks ago and had to re wait to finish it.... Anyhow still hilarious

Seriously the adults in this story make some seriously questionable choices. Also how come they had a lock and key to see fintan but she can see Prentice through glass after going into a portal....how is is more humane to break their minds and leave them alive ?

I am currently screaming at my book what just happened!!!?

It's growing on me .

Up to chapter 26: it goes between Lux (a ripper) Fletcher (reciprocal magic user) and Kiana (divasi)
Fletcher is unique all of his kind is thought dead.
Lux Is apparently not his real name so backstory? But Indentured to a lady boss and plans to use Fletcher to help him out of his bad deal
Meanwhile Kiana, Fletcher's friend, plans to renig on her deal with Lux to catch a Malik or monstrous Divasi
Also Tays.

Once again an adult is running off with a child with vague, possibly unapproved plans for "something a child shouldn't have to face"
Literally the whole first book ...blame the snowflake child ...anyhow also the alicorn is freaking out
