New to me author.
It took me a minute to fall into the world of plotting gods and power but now it is like a lovely dream every time I read. There is a backdrop of war. But at its center it's longing and a desire to belong and be loved and accepted.

Dual narration audiobook 😍

She starts from a place where she has power but she shouldn't. Things change rapidly from there.

Starting ch4.
So far I've an idea of where the MC is where she's come from and what she is capable of. I have an idea her friends know much more than she knows. A chosen one type story I'm guessing .

The dad is the obvious villain so far. Childhood trauma and all that.
The Sailor is Sus.
I like the magic of the world. She's mentioned seeing feelings in colors so wonder if it's a description or more than that.
I know this came first but it reminds me of Phantasma on several things .

This book is simply written. I like the spacing and added pictures for younger readers. The storyline follows Minli and sometimes her Ma and Ba as they hear stories from the past and experience their own journey filled with whimsical magic and hope.

So many happy things and crazy war things...what is gonna happen there are not enough pages left ....

Flint's emotional anguish makes him more real. he isn't only the funny playboy anymore but someone with real world trauma to sort through

I'm enjoying all of the relationship interactions. Like Raine ...."I've been a stupid idiot." And then deciding he will do better for her. It makes me smile.
I'm a little lost on the life bringer part and how Lessia can do so much more now....

The Fox/ Blaze tension is making me smile.
I don't remember...do we know what's wrong with Hal?

Ch 6 has some alive in Wonderland stuff

I was a little hazy in what happened at the end of the book but I think I have a good idea after reading a little .

Wait is it cross?

Is the guy they are chasing is he wolf?

The tension is intense lol

Audiobook still enjoying. She is way into just about every male character but .... Her snarky ness is great

Jin and Astrea are adorbs. She is working through her trauma thinking and pushing beyond her limits but less anxious this book. I love that she has found family and friends to support her on her journey.

Starts with a one night stand and some info dumping about the world

Much slower paced which is good sometimes. But I expected this because so much of the story hinges on Astrea internally processing the world around her with her extra sensory inputs

Ok. Ok in this moment does Thomas realize Andrew is behind everything. Also Andrew is spiraling badly.

Oh how I missed them. I did the audiobook for last 2-3 in series so I. Now reading in her voice. Astra is still dealing with the aftermath of the kidnapping and missing her friends. I can't make out Lucien.

Snow we have what outside the silo looks like and the craziness inside where we began.

Beautiful and emotional.
The boy says possibly asexual but definitely has a thing for Thomas.
Confirmed parents situation.
A unidentified thing happened last year. Still think maybe has to do with the sister.

Currently wondering did Thomas murder his parents and is Dove dead? Something is definitely going on.
*There are some wonderful lines/writing.

The mayor makes a trip down and hires a new sheriff - ends up dead. Sheriff starts her story before going outside .....

The mayor is now telling her story after the sheriff leaves. We have a sense of time and space

OMG this book is so much slaug and nothing of worth. Like I get it the characters are in this place and need to get out but theres so much drama for drama sake and it's not even that fun

Holston puts himself in a cell to be scrubbed and recalls what led to this moment.

I've read this book under a different title. Idr of 1st 100 pages are the same. Im Assuming it's been re-worked but now we are to dragon shifters and I remember them.
