The most discouraging day I’ve had writing yet. Everything seems to be making it worse. Will resurface when I have more good news.

Had my beta reader take a look at the book so far and her jaw hit the FLOOR. She NEEDED more Stavros/Fallon chapters /immediately/. It’s always great when beta readers have *that* reaction to your book. I’ll be hitting the keys today HARD because I’m working on a scene that’s SIZZLING hot. What are you up to today? Reading anything good?

Getting to that point in the story where my anxiety about releasing (even if it’s over a month off) is getting stronger! What is your favorite stress relief activity?

Wrote a CRAZY scene today. A sex scene with such a strong emotional current between Fallon/Stavros. I love writing sex scenes. Sometimes they come easily (no pun intended) but sometimes they take HOURS to get everything P E R F E C T. Today the words flowed... and so did our girl, Fallon. Writing this story keeps getting better. Yesterday I wrote a very emotional scene between Stavros/Fallon. Navigating new feelings + the complicated way they met each other makes everything tricky... Have you ever fallen for someone you shouldn’t have?

The book is HERE! 🥵 A steamy/fun high-heart short story for grown folks only... I needed to write a little something to take my mind off things. I had the cop character in my head but didn't know what else would happen at first. This one is quick and light but SUPER hot.
