I think the story is okay. It's taking me longer to read bc it lags and I lose interest. The jumping to each character and reading what each is thinking makes me want to slap them all. Yep..the author hit the self demeaning thinking. They are all badasses, each broken in their own way and need to learn to communicate in positive ways. My interest is waning.

Twilight and Cinderella mash up and mixed up. Not in a good way . I got to James crawling through Taylor's window.

I'm getting bored with the story, the heroine might be a bad ass killer but she acts like a spoiled brat.

“Come over here, you,” Trigg said. He rolled off of the couch and onto the floor next to her. -He asked he to come over to him. however he moves to her.. I'm missing the story bc the author (whom I usually love) is not paying attention to the story herself. I might finish this book then give this series a rest. I'll come back I'm sure but my mind isn't liking the inconsistencies in the story.

I am enjoying the storytelling and characters, however they are in an older cabin in the middle of the wilderness in Russia or Ukraine? and it has marble counter tops? I get artistic license but setting the scene in my head then adding things that don't belong throws me out of the story. grrr...

I find this disturbing, just from the kidnapped aspect of it. I'm trying to give it a chance.

Okay so I'm not sure if I can finish this book. I was disappointed that the author or editor had let so many grammatical errors slip by into the story. It makes it hard to read. I found myself rolling my eyes at some of the author's descriptions and eternal diolog of the heroine.

Stupid tablet Anyway like I was saying Bleu-a bear shifter. His actions and vocabulary put him into creep mode. Lola isn't a normal young virgin, nothing she does or says makes me think she is an independent, strong lady (except that she had been more or less taking care of her mom). The sex is making up for the lack of a story with a plot.

After the first 7% I almost said forget it and put the book down. All the "day human" and "night human" in every other sentence was so annoying. It's picked up a little, if I'm not entirely into the story by 25% I'm off to read more on another book.

Wow, This book has been a wild ride so far. I hate to stop reading but it's almost 5AM and I need sleep.

Okay so far. it has lagged a few times but the characters are well written and its keeping my attention. (I had trouble with the heroine's name strictly because my granddaughter 's name is Arabella -She is one of the lights of my life and I go into OMA mode if I think of someone hurting her) Funny how names can hurt or help a reader connect with a character.

Horrible so far...the heroine is almost 30 and acts like she's pre-pubescent. Zeus the king of GODS is banished to be human and he becomes a creepy stalker. Not sure I can finish this book. Might not be for me.

The book started out good, it was very emotional and gritty. It lost all the good it had going for it and became a teen angst book. Not sure I will be able to finish it.

The next two short stories aren't what I would call stories, they were more like snippets of a story and not very interesting. so far not so good.

Finished first short story, it was cute. Historical with supernatural dangers.

I am finding it hard to read. The story jumps back in time and jumps between characters way to much for me.

The storyline is good, if it wasn't I would have moved on because the dialog between the characters is very wooden and forced.

So far love the story! The series gets better with each book.

some of the discriptive phrases bother me. example" His eyes were the color of Ice...okay...but isn't ice clear? I might need to come back to this one. Not sure I can finish it right now.

I like the book a little more since I decided to forget what I have seen on the show and just enjoy the story as the author wrote it.

I made the mistake of watching the show before reading the book. I am having a hard time reading it now. It's setting by the bed waiting for me to finish it. It's okay; not one of my favorites.
