Peter is finished with Highways in Hiding by George O. Smith

Interesting book - however I think the "conversion" to encapsulate Mekstrom's disease seemed to be poorly thought through - but Steve Cornell seemed to survive it well enough. The ending was a bit rushed (as in Hellflower) but a good bit of escapism all in all.
