Come for the Maple-Candied Spam and Creamy Bucatini with Roasted Seaweed, stay for the thoughtful reflections on homecomings, pandemic life, and the relationship between food and family. The recipes are excellent, pictures are gorgeously styled, and the short stories between each chapter showcase Kim’s talented writing style. I loved it.
