I’m really not enjoying this. I can’t keep the characters straight yet (almost halfway through) and the ones I do know are not grabbing me. I don’t want to keep going but probably will anyway

They’re drinking a lot of milk and I’m sure it’s not pasteurized. Maybe brain-eating microbes are why they’re all completely insane??

This is already absolutely terrible. Like SO BAD. I’m so excited 🙂‍↕️

book club reread and I’m having the TIME of my LIFE

There isn’t much left and still a ton of loose ends to tie up! Quite curious

Had I known this book was about the suffocating weight of academic validation on a girl who wants to be a doctor, I probably wouldn’t have chosen to read it during my first (or second?!) month of medical school, but here we are.
